For most of last year, I had a 3G approach: every week, I’d identify a moment of growth, giggles and gratitude.

I’ve not been doing this year and I’ve enjoyed the year less.

High time I got back on the 3G network.

Oh, now you are just one-upping me with this 3G concept 😂

(Seriously, though: that sounds very cool—love the idea of "giggles" as a mindset, as a classroom with zero laughter isn't the classroom I want to work in.)

Thanks for sharing this routine. Today’s win: a relaxed, quiet third period class, and the majority of students choosing to try the math game sprouts after our main lesson.
